The 23-year-old explained: "I knew FC Nantes before signing before signing for them.
"They are a very important club in France, with a great history.
"Coming to Nantes is a very good opportunity for me. It was not easy to have playing time at Liverpool and today I need to play.
"I don't know the city yet but everyone has only said good things about it. I can't wait to find out about it."

Pep Guardiola is reportedly happy for his Manchester City side to give Liverpool a guard of honour if needed when the two rivals meet next month.
If Jurgen Klopp's side can wrap up the Premier League title before the showdown on July 2, the Spanish boss is claimed to be willing to show the Reds the ultimate showing of respect.
This comes according to the Daily Star who suggest if Liverpool are champions by then that Guardiola's men will applaud them onto the pitch.
The Reds are on course for a first top flight title in 30 years, and depending on how City fare against Arsenal this Wednesday, the league leaders could be crowned champions with a win at
Goodison Park on June 21 or potentially against Crystal Palace at Anfield in the following game.

Guards of honour are not mandatory but are markers of respect between opponents. In 2015, Liverpool applauded Chelsea onto the field after their title win.
Meanwhile, City have enjoyed their fare share of applause too having been runaway champions in 2018.

Carragher: '‘I don't think I ever went into a season thinking: “Oh, we've got to win the league this year” if I'm being totally honest, I don't think anyone ever saw us as title material. Everyone seemed to think we had a great chance in 2009-10 because we had run United really close the year before, but in the event we had a poor season."

Carragher: ''Then when Chelsea and City came along it became really, really difficult for us. Towards the end of my career, we weren't even getting in the top four, and I was starting to lose belief that we could win the league. Not just me as an individual but Liverpool as a football club. We were falling away, becoming a Europa League team. I remember thinking; “Will Liverpool ever win the league again?”

Carragher: ''On two or three occasions, we ran teams really close but we never capitalised the next season in terms of buying players or taking the next step to really go for it. I just think we were always a bit short, financially, in terms of what United could do or Chelsea could do. Even when we finished second in 2009, I don't think we could do any more. We were just slightly short of rivals who had more money and were more attractive to foreign players. United were the only team you had to challenge, then Wenger took Arsenal to another level. It was amazing what a job he did."

Carragher: "You might say: “Oh behave yourself!” But for a lot of that 30 years, Liverpool weren't getting any closer; they were actually falling further away. It seemed it would take a Sheikh Mansour or a Roman Abramovich to turn up at Liverpool. The job Klopp has done considering where Liverpool were and the squad he inherited is phenomenal,’

Carragher: '‘He hasn't just come in and done well in a Mickey Mouse league. He's been up against Guardiola, Mourinho, Mauricio Pochettino and Wenger. There are some absolutely legendary managers in this league.’'

Jamie Carragher: “There are a few good prospects coming through. The one that stands out for me is Neco Williams at right-back because there is no real understudy for [Trent] Alexander-Arnold. Harvey Elliott has only just turned 17 and has already played in the first team.” https://t.co/sAxASk3nk4

James Pearce Reports of Coutinho wanting to return are very true. He is eager to join and it looks like Klopp is willing to accept the Brazilian back into his plans. No formal contact between Barçelona and Liverpool as of yet #LFC

Hahaha forgive the boy and let him come back...

Since he left us ameteseka vya kutosha...

He should be welcomed with both arms and have him resurrect his career...

Technically his sale has won us big time maana we managed to gets Allison and VVD from the proceeds of his sale and Klopp also has to re shape the playing sytle after he left... So to me its was us who had the last laugh...
