on analysing again our win today vs SHU, I have realized that most of us have jumped on the "unpretty, ugly, etc" bandwagon simply because it was a narrow 1-0 result.
there're even crazier analysts who claim eti "LFC was outplayed". nonsense!
Premier League-leading Liverpool continued its perfect start to the season by winning its seventh consecutive game on Saturday, despite being outplayed for much of the match by promoted Sheffield United.

let's look at it this way.....
had both sides converted their clearest chances that came their way (4 for LFC out of which they scored 1 and 2 for SHU who missed both), the FT score could have read SHU 2-4 LFC, talking of which am pretty sure everyone out there would be referring to the game at FT as a "thriller".
granted, we didn't play as well as we normally can but we were neither mediocre nor outplayed nor lucky (in fact talking of luck, i think we were very unlucky with the 3 straightforward chances that Mane & Salah failed to convert).
