Mkuu unaweza kutusaidia vyakula/ fomula ya kula kwa mtu anayefanya mazoezi ya kujenga mwili ikiwemo kuwa na sic pack, maana kukata tumbo kunasumbua wakati usiku nao njaa inasumbua, sasa hii inaleta changamoto kidogo.
Sina formula, nilikua nakula kawaida tu kwa kuzingatia protin, wanga etc.

Katika kila uzi nilikua naonyesha beginner aanzeje, ajipe mapumziko kati ya zoezi moja na jingine kwa muda gani na nilionyesha mazoezi ambayo beginner anaweza kuanza nayo kabla hajajumuisha mazoezi yote.

Mfano katika uzi huu nilionyesha push ups ambazo beginner hazimfai hapa mwanzo..

Dawa ni kwenda slow na kuongeza vitu kadri muda unavyoenda. Sikuahidi kua kesho utaweza kujikuna mgongoni ila nakuahidi maumivu yatakua robo ya siku zingine.

Hapana. Wataalamu wanasema mazoezi ni 20% tu na utaratibu wako wa kula ni 80%. Kama unafakamia macalories mengi kuliko unayounguza hata uwe unalala gym hakuna uzito utakaopoteza. Mazoezi na utaratibu mzuri wa chakula ni lazima viendane sawa.
