Nilimaanisha ukizitumia kufanyia mazoezi haya haya utakachokipata hakina tofauti na usingekunja ngumi.
aiseeh hapa nlipo mwili wote umechoka,,, leo nlienda hivi

1, push up - round 5, kila round 1 push up 20

2, trycept - round 5, kila round try 20

3, sqwashi - round 5, kila skwash round 20

4, kukata tumbo - round 5, kila round nimeenda 20,


vp hiyo mkuu kwa ujumla nimetumia kama dakika 45 kufinish

Katika kila uzi nilikua naonyesha beginner aanzeje, ajipe mapumziko kati ya zoezi moja na jingine kwa muda gani na nilionyesha mazoezi ambayo beginner anaweza kuanza nayo kabla hajajumuisha mazoezi yote.

Mfano katika uzi huu nilionyesha push ups ambazo beginner hazimfai hapa mwanzo..

Dawa ni kwenda slow na kuongeza vitu kadri muda unavyoenda. Sikuahidi kua kesho utaweza kujikuna mgongoni ila nakuahidi maumivu yatakua robo ya siku zingine.

Mkuu hapana aisee labda mm sikuumbwa kufanya zoezi. Kila nikifanya basi kesho yake kiuno mgongo na mapaja havina kazi.
zile stimu nadhani kuonesha umegain vitu flani vipya

Kukunja ngumi kunasababisha sugu kwenye mikono. Mi huwa naanza na 50 + 40 + 30 + 20 + 10; then naoga ndo najiandaa na majukumu ya siku hiyo. lakini ikiwa nina kazi za shamba huwa sifanyi mazoezi.

Mkuu unaweza kutusaidia vyakula/ fomula ya kula kwa mtu anayefanya mazoezi ya kujenga mwili ikiwemo kuwa na sic pack, maana kukata tumbo kunasumbua wakati usiku nao njaa inasumbua, sasa hii inaleta changamoto kidogo.
