you are right,any theory like Evolution for instance is not a fact at all but it can be accurate and usefull provided that it harmony with experimental result

genesis story of creation began when the universe had already existed in macro scale

some peoples try to reconcile what bible teach and modern day big bang,but big bang is not scriptural and bible is not scientifically accurate

forexample,in the very first line of bible,God say "let their be light"...this is powerfull commands of divine being(jehovah) calling light into existence

entire account of creation,says God made the life and the universe,include matter and energy through series of command

in other word,He command something to come out of nothing,contrary to first law of thermodynamics.
