why not counting ground floor in a tower total number of floors excludes ground floor if there is also underground floors?
why not counting ground floor in a tower total number of floors excludes ground floor if there is also underground floors?First you have to know that ground floor is not always counted. Second don't take part of another building under construction. The ground floor of PPF is the whitish + the net part alafu hiyo floor ya chini kabisa ni hii building which is not the vertical part of PPF tower (2nd pic)View attachment 1358315View attachment 1358317

That's not floor. That's just a cladding extension.na mbona juu ya floor namba one kuna ka-floor kengine hamkahesabu?
wacha ujinga! a standard floor has 3 m and that extension is of the same height in comparison to all other floors!
