if I were you, I would be more worried of the dongo kundu SEZ than this tanga v Mombasa port competition (laughable).The idea behind this economic zone is
1)import, add value then export
2)import, repackage then export
3)import, store/warehouse then export etc etc
This particular road will facilitate all that so worry less of Burundi n Rwanda (we have a shorter route via holili btw) n more of this SEZ..
