Do you think they would be building those malls if there is no ROI? The simple fact that there are so many malls in Nairobi is enough to tell you that there are enough people shopping in those malls because that demand is the key reason that drives investors to build those malls. The demand (shoppers) is already there and that's why those malls are built in the first place so this talk of Nairobians not shopping in malls doesn't add up hata kidogo.
