Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Why your minister for education categorically mentioned " Tuition fees?". He order that, " No students shall be rejected for failure to pay tuition fees?".

Because he knows that's the responsibility of the government. Did you ask yourself why he was very categorical? Why did he just mention tuition fee and not any other fee? It's because teachers/principals who send students away will be doing so against the government's agenda of paying tuition fee for every student in public schools. No student should be sent away for failing to pay tuition fee coz it's fully catered for by the government

As long we do not need monetary support like some LDC I know of, we can always bridge that food deficit coz we have financial power to do so. We can buy from as far as Mexico as you wait for financial donors to come from as far as Sweden
Since your independence in 1963, you have been receiving food donations and food aid, you will continue to receive food donations for the next 50yrs as per your lazy president predicted last time when he said that you can't feed your selves, you depend on food support and food donations.

Hahahaha, you must be a comedy. He said that, "Those who can't pay school fees, shouldn't be rejected instead there will be special arrangement to assist them".

You are a man suffering from high levels of ignorance, hatred, anger, confusion, name it. With all that, you definitely can't think straight or say anything sensible. First, let me tell you something about Turkana that maybe you don't know.

Turkana is one of the driest areas in Kenya (and also one of the poorest). It can go a whole year or even two without raining even a single drop there but when it rains, it does so in style leaving behind one hell of destruction through floods. It kills livestock and even people and destroys roads and other infrastructure. Well, that's the wrath of nature and there's nothing you can do about it. It is not surprising that roads were destroyed there, especially with the heavy rains kenya experienced in November and December last year.

But where on earth are roads not destroyed by floods? This is something that happens even in developed countries so I don't understand why you think Turkana should be an exception.

Last but not least, you are wrong when you say that there are no tarmac roads in Turkana. Have you been to Turkana to ascertain this claim? Turkana county receives the largest amount of money from the national government in a financial year than other other county in Kenya. It receives more money than even Nairobi county, the nation's capital. Where do you think this money goes to? It is used in building roads among many other things as you can see below. So where did you read that there are no tarmac roads in Turkana? Wacha chuki kijana and do some research before commenting on a subject. Adios!

"School fees" is a very general term. I already told you that the government only takes care of TUITION fee. What's so hard for you to understand? There's no child in Kenya who can be sent back home to bring tuition fee. That is 100% catered for by the government. Any other remaining fees are the responsibility of the parent

Wacha Maneno yako wewe, Mara zote katika post zangu nimekuambia kwamba Waziri wenu wa Elimu amekua akitumia neno la " tuition fees", hukuwa hujibu lolote pale ninapokuuliza kwanini Waziri wenu muda wote anasema " wale wanafunzi ambao watashindwa kulipa " tuition fees" wasirudishwe nyumba, sasa ktk hii post ya mwisho nimetumia neno "School fees" haraka sana umejibu ili kuficha udhahifu wako.

Swali: why your minister for education has ordered that " those students who fail to pay " tuition fees" should not be rejected, instead the government will come up with special arrangement to support them?

Show me the link

I thought you were going to give me a link where the Minister says these words as per what you said. "wale wanafunzi ambao watashindwa kulipa " tuition fees" wasirudishwe nyumba". That clip only talks about parents who are unable to raise school fees for their children, a totally different thing from what you said

lol tumuamini power monger politicians with fake politics and promises au tuwasikilize common citizens? Simply hakuna elimu bure Kenya

Listen carefully to this mother
