The consumers test and preference on housing differs btn Kenya and Tz, Tanzanians do not prefer to buy a house in an estate as the meaning of Estate applies! (the houses are uniform) so keep up praising your Estates

The Kenyan Economy rests in hands of the minority, the majority are in absolute poverty that's why in the whole country you have only slums for the majority and Estates for the minority(owners of Estate excluding Government estates)

I don't really know why Kenyans ruin English by calling suburbs "estates". An estate is usually a property in the countryside or farmland that has a large house or mansion. You posted a bunch of poor roads and you called them estate. Jesus Christ, rest your illiterate souls.
