Outside the slums, this is how the rest of Nairobi looks like. And these are just normal estates, mostly in eastlands. Show me anywhere in Dar that looks or even comes close to these places below

And why are you talking about seven years while we all know that one the buildings standing out in those pictures, the TPA, was built less than four years ago??? And how do you say that Dar is now a better planned city? How do you build first then plan later? I thought that planning comes before building! You cannot build first then plan later. Or do you want us to believe that all those buildings captured in those pictures were brought down between 2012 and now and new ones built in their places in a planned and organized manner? Dar is no longer a capital City don't u know? There's a new well planned Tz capital City and it's Dodoma, ofcz I was talking about the new Tz and not that of 7 years ago I think you are already know what it is though u act craziness
