Nairobi has a lot of shrubs all over the city that's why few dwarf buildings you have look like skyscrapers. We have buildings back to back in our CBD so to really stand up, they have to be above 40.

I think the problem here is you not knowing the difference between a floor and story. A floor is where people live while story is the increment of heights.
