Tanzania is almost 60 years old. If you haven't done much in those over 50 years so you want us to believe that there's so much that has happened in the last 4 years alone! Lets assume you've made some slight improvenent, do you want to tell us that figure has gone down by even 10%in those four "miraculous" years? Common sense is not common to everyone. Perhaps you can give me those "latest" reports. At least I have proven my point. 70% of your people are living on less than two dollars a day. Figures don't lie
