Well, below is part of eastlands where you would expect slums to be "everywhere" as you put it because it is where the majority of Nairobians live. I just want you to do very simple thing for me: Show anywhere in Dar that looks like this (apart from the few rich neighborhoods).
After that we'll know which city has slums everywhere

I read somewhere that hata pale CBD yao most buildings are not connected to a central sewer line system. I was surprised that some of their leading five-star hotels are not connected to a sewer system as well and discharge raw sewage into the ocean during the rainy season! That's the New York of Africa for you

Those things you see there are written by people just like you and me. Another image like was doing rounds here yesterday saying Ruai, Riruta and Uthiru are slums. Very disgusting people they dump raw human waste into the Indian ocean then go fishing in the same waters for fish that fed to fellow Tzedians. Yikes , its deeply repugnant ,repellent to the core.
