At least you r reasoning capacity is intactNairobi may not have most of the things you said above but it is far much developed and organized than Dar but that's something you will never agree with. The reason why I mentioned NYC is because you keep mentioning the big size of Dar as if development of a city is measured by how big it is in square kilometres. That is a very stupid way of looking at things. you can't start making comparisons based on size when we know there are hundreds of smaller cities around the world but far much developed in every aspects than big metropolises
And yet top four slums in the World r found in a city of 3 mln inhabitants! Excuse me!
