The project will comprise the following:
50 floors of prime office space,
15 floors to be occupied by a 5 star hotel and
conference centers,
5 floors to be occupied by high end condominiums
and penthouses for both sale and letting out to the
high end housing market and corporates, and,
7,000 vehicle space fully automated and secure car
park facility.
This Skyscraper will feature in excess of 20,000,000
square feet of prime office space and residences
and will include a high end 5 star hotel. We will
manage the entire building and the facilities. The
Skyscraper will further host 15 high speed elevators
giving a prime view of the city on the way up and
will also open up to an observation deck overlooking
the City of Nairobi and its environs. The design also
features a Helipad and express private lifts from the
tenant parking to the apartments and condos.
So how will YOU make money out of the investment
into the project? And after how long?
We have phased the project out over a period of 30
months and first occupation will be initiated at the
end of phase 2, which will have seen the
completion of a total of 30 floors. We are looking at
employing technologies that will allow the investors
to start earning from the project within a year of
breaking ground!
