by the way,,, when was Mwanza declared a "City" and who declared it anyway. in Kenya we have 3 Cities, I was alive when Moi declared Kisumu a City before Mombasa and there was an uproar countrywide. we still have Nakuru and Eldoret which are still on the sidelines.
