economy ya nairobi haiko diverse...iko centralised kwa kikundi kidogo cha wakikuyu, wao ndio wana own almost all rental apartment and houses in nairobi, shops etc.

while dar es salaam economy is so deverse,any one can own land, house, factory etc anywhere in dar.

Any life lost in any circumstance should not be a contest!..even suicide is an illegality sir!...please dont laugh that people lost their life because of someone negligence!..we all have shortcomings and any tenant residing in any apartment is innocent unless you want landlords to be posting warning signs that their house is unstable to live in..please am i making sense.
