Sit down and let me school you on reality...the reason kenya and Nairobi is more modern than its neighbors is because much of the wealth in kenya is distributed across the country.its the reason why towns like mombasa and eldoret can rival Dar...Tz has majority of its money in dar and small tuviallage centers...but still Nairobi mutasoma mgongo....

And minister said that because other public institutions were developing their own private DCs while the government already had the largest and most modern ones so why developing new ones?

After all they can't run out of clients since all services providers depend upon that DC and this proves how massive the facility is despite serving more than 7 services providers and lots of government agencies but still its capable of providing extra works for new customers.
