I share your views, unless they do something, i don't like the design at all!! Maybe it will turn out otherwise like how Kenrail towers did!!

I thot it was going to be something magnificent, something that would change the appearance of that dull part of the CBD. Introduce a bit of the Upper Hill flair to the area, until I saw the impression, I was disappointed.
It looks as boring as the nearby buildings.

How many times should l tell this to you that the size of a city is not estimated in terms of physical size. Dar might be a large county but majority of it is rural. Dar es Salaam can't even compare to Eldoret let alone Mombasa

Ok, Dodoma is larger than Dar, Kigali is larger than Nairobi and Dar es Salaam is larger than New York........
