hata ngara imetosha......Daresalaam I think haikuwa na masterplan that's why cbd and kariakoo are bundled together and those are the only civilized parts of Dar the rest is a disaster....their government allowed people to build shanties everywhere in the city and now they are reaping what they sow.......

Nairobi is the most industrialized city in this region, it is the communication and industrial hub and the diplomatic city in east Africa so hakuna vile unaweza sema Dar is better than Nairobi
