Why are you super daft?! So private developers cannot build super tall skyscrapers in nairobi because there are some people going hungry! You need a reality check dude.
That shows how the government is using properly the money it collects, remember all these buildings are paying taxes without problem, and all profits go to the government to provide services like schools, roads, railways, health.In Kenya, such buildings are mostly private developers and this building is being constructed by individuals, not thw government like in tanzania where every single tower is owned by the government which is why they all have the same names, MNF, TPF, BFF, WTF

Kuna akina 160 metre montave which is also on the way. Soo in the next ten years we will see a boom of supertalls in Upper Hill area, Nairobi. CBD itabaki relatively short. Upper Hill will be the tallest area with Westlands also giving them some stiff competition in that department
