In 2007 i came to nairobi and what i was wondering are such tall buildings everywhere when dar had Ubungo plaza and PPF
but i came there 2015 and there was no differences in the city but only some few road infrastructures which are slightly ahead of us

I think you can get the point where dar es salaam is hearding

In2007 there was non of the buildings above 20storey
But today we have passed you since all the building above20 where built in between 4years back

Slowly these mega projects are getting serious, Tatu city is on top gear, Nova Academy Campus already opened on 8th March 2017
Nova Academies Students Begin Education at Tatu City
Kijani Ridge is underway and 12 other industry developments on the project

And remember GDP is not about building a few towers in the CBD!

1590km sq won't be same with 696 km sq hata kama jua lingetoka magharibi kwenda mashariki hazitofanana Abadan chukua city tatu za Kenya nairobi ,mombasa na kisumu add their urban city area u will end up with 1196 km sq while dar only is 1590 km sq bado tubishane nin humu ndani wakat vitu viko wazi kabisa very open

Unafkiri on going project Tanzania zimesimama au watu wamelala niliwaambia on going project zinazojengwa Tanzania kwenu itabaki history tukianza na electric train,new slender bridge 7.2 km cable stayed bridge, ubungo interchange 3 floors up, BRT section 2 and 3 zimeanza with almost 50km while completed one is 21.7 km, modern buildings everywhere, modern estates kila kukicha, sehemu za starehe ndo kabisa iache hehehehe
