Honestly bro when you admit there is a problem then there could be progress that will show up but when you show that you are satisfied then nobody would want to help bring change.
For example kibera has been shown and openly criticised by citizens which is why there has been high profiling nowadays by international organisations amd media celebrities come like 50 cent and there has been progress since the government has been pressed, being forced into action.
Kibera is under a thorough/massive 9-year transformation

There was a plan to upgrade manzese and tandale by then, bt I didn't here anyprogress so far until today...you see the area is so close to city centre ..
