You like spewing out words without understanding. Singapore is a merchant economy and sits between the Far East and the Middle East surrounded by fast-developing economies and countries like Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia. All these are Asian tigres and they dont depend on oil orders from the Middle East directly but source their oil via Singapore (shorter delivery timelines). In contrast, the Kenyan economy is small cannot absorb all that output besides logistical challenges are more prevalent in this part of the world. Fore instance if Kenya source oil from middle east refine it and sell to rwanda they will have to use trucks to transport fuel same with Burundi and DRC or even malawi. Refineries make profit where economies of scale is there with Tz, UG out you will be left with Somalia only but then even somalia might be able to get cheaper oil from moddle east.

They are too stupid to think M7 will build a small refinery in Hoima and Still allow another refinery in Tanga for Ugandan oil . That’s like self under cutting. He will not allow it . But shhhhhh!… they don’t know yet ..🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Apart from TOTAL stakes at UGX oil fields Ugx government also has it quota of crude oil that lands in Tanga and Museveni is not in favour of transporting unprocessed oil but would like to see it refined in Tanga before overseas export thereby squeezing more dollar out of oil.
