The ugly walled Magufuli town was built in a bush. There is literally nothing in those 23kms separating it to Dodoma. Only scattered and isolated signs of life. 😂😂
Tatu City, which is part of Nairobi Metropolitan, is about the same 23km distance from CBD.
The only difference is that every inch of land between the two is developed.
Tatu City is 1000 times more valuable than that government city. How do you call something a city with literally ZERO private investment.
Konza City is 80KM from Nairobi CBD on the other side. You can barely find any vacant full acre between the two.
