Comparing westlands to upanga or dar esalam as a while when it comes to the number of existing and under construction highrises is pure over kill. I'd rather compare Upanga with its mates like Tudor Mombasa, which has dozens of 18_20+floors coming up...for now Mombasa and Kinshasa are the underdog cities we need to watch out for in this Part of the continent
