Westlands is a construction zone . Heavy machinery is the reason those roads are in such shape and dirst. They are waiting for most constructions to finish. This is what is on the master plan and coming up soon…
No hanging wires in all of Westlands. All cable and electrical wires will move underground before the roads are given fresh carpet of tar . Beautification will go hand in hand with roads renovation.
I am sure you saw that Lavington video posted by Nyang’au Mkenya. Kenya overall and Most of Nairobi is headed that route . It’s only there it’s too many constructions ongoing all over but soon horizontal infrastructure will be attended to. But some neighborhoods are ahead of schedule especially gated ones and they are so many in Nairobi.
