So, Azam ndio anauwezekano mkubwa wa kuleta IBC Dar kwa sababu tayari ana uwezo na vifaa vya kutosha. Hata Rais wa CAF alishafanya tour Azam Media kukagua uwekezaji ulioko pale.
Kunyaland kuwa na IBC watatumia facility ipi na yenye vifaa gani kuipita Azam?
