It’s you who doesn’t understand Kenya’s affordable housing system . You play smart ass but in reality you are dumber than a bag of hammers ..🤪
Kenya affordable housing is not rental property. You own your unit and after completion of mortgage, it’s yours to do whatever you want with it. So basically Kenya is using a first world model . We are giving poor people a way to empower themselves. They are becoming property owners unlike you and your Tandale kin…😆😆
Name any other African nation that slum
Dwellers become home owners in such large scale..

And who told you people from slum have a housing problem? The big picture there is poverty not houses, they need proper basic needs but you think houses is the solution


And again those houses are very poor way of keeping people, a standard family needs a small house, backyard and boundaries, As we speak kenya ranks top 10 of nations with the poorest quality of life, its funny most kenyans arent aware whats happening in modern countries and all they see is flats

And also as explained previous those are supposed to be a starter in life, meaning i live alone and starting in life, however in kenya thats a life time achievement, poor humans
