Obviously Nairobi must have low rental yield due to oversupply of office buildings compared to Dar and Kampala.
Did you study the law of demand and supply?
Chenye hasemi, in actual figures, it's very easy Nairobi could be Ksh300 billion, while Dar slum barely scrapes 40 billion.
If I'm an investor, I want 8.5% of 300 not 9% of 40 😂😂
