Also if you look at the difference in the article its Nairobi 8.5%, Dar 9%. Literally almost no difference.

Chenye hasemi, in actual figures, it's very easy Nairobi could be Ksh300 billion, while Dar slum barely scrapes 40 billion.
If I'm an investor, I want 8.5% of 300 not 9% of 40 😂😂
