Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

[kennedy0000]

I can see everywhere empty space

What you see on the right is the Nairobi National Park.
With your permission, I will start a Gofundme campaign, to raise money for you President of China
1. One year supply of unlimited bundles so you can finally be able to watch videos.
2. Return ticket/accommodation, for 3 days visit to Kenya/Nairobi.

It is depressing watching someone who has never left Tandale try to compare vumbislum with the green city in the sun, as 'empty spaces'.
Former CJ Maraga was arrested this week for fighting for those 'empty spaces'.
Wangari Mathai won a Nobel prize for fighting for those empty spaces.

You are objectively a very low IQ individual.
I really hope wewe sio tegemeo la familia yako. 😂😂

Imagine this is a city in Tanzania.

now imagine this is has a city status

Dar slum looks like a poor middle east city, without the harsh weather.
Meaning you chose to look like Gaza, not because you are in a desert, but because your are bongolala.
Grass and greenery are like gold over there.

No wonder no tourist returns to that miserable city.

how about this:

Honest Question.
Does TZ have any urban planning laws? Or as President of China would call them, the - 'Empty spaces laws?
Where does one block begin or end? There are no roads to access 90% of those inner buildings by car.
(**I've later come to learn that car ownership is extremely low in TZ, so most people don't need cars or wide streets.)

For example, this is Utawala area in Nairobi - your basic middle income community.
Even where the roads are not tarmacked yet, they are still well demarcated, grid block.. and just awaiting funds allocation.
Every plot is required by law to have vehicular-wide access road.

In Dar vumbi and basically all of TZ, it looks like every man for himself. Build however and wherever you want.
95% of Dar would have to be demolished and rebuilt to even think of competing with much better planned Nairobi.

To the right if that picture is Nairobi National park. You are literally bragging about what big cities wish for because of your flawed mindset… overcrowding is the worst thing to happen to a huge city, Nairobi is so unique in this sector and blessed to have parks everywhere.. you think Nobel Laureate Wangari Mathai got her award bure? These spaces were fought for my friend, Nairobi does not look like this by chance

So you are telling me Nairobi is just a big village with a National Park inside? Fair enough, nice forest representation in though. Keep fighting for those trees while the rest of East Africa builds concrete and infrastructure
