Runners from all over the world including the top performers go to various camps in North Rift Valley including Kaptangat, High altitude center etc .. it’s not about lack of facilities but training with the best ( ask Americans, South Africans or Europeans). Same way footballers go to Europe for training camps to get the best experience.
