How can it serve a function it was never designed for?

Because when you are in a stadium, its only at the skybox you can watch a game in a way it feels like a TV streaming, every other corner apart from that section wont give you that view, In modern stadiums it includes VIP LUXURY so i said, in modern construction Yes it cant qualify as a skybox but atleast it gives you the supported view your supposed to have on a skybox, when you are at skybox your view isnot blocked from any direction its a free flow viewing style, which is what mkapa has

However then later i said, In modern stadium constructions it might not qualify as a skybox because of the treatment needed there but in terms of viewing its exactly what a skybox does

When you visit Talanta and see one of them in use, you will eventually understand what a skybox is …😆😆
