Do you remember when Bongolalas were making fun of Kijani Ridge ( ati nyumba tatu pekee). Now look 👀 it’s not even 2 years since and the place is almost full. They just opened up 2 new phases and are almost sold out . Then there are new London look town houses that are coming up in a different phase ( they are dope. I hope someone post the video). They are beside and part of the Unity development.
In 5 years time, Tatu city will be the top suburb in Africa . I dare any country to challenge that .
