This how I know you have never been to Nairobi as you claimed before. This highway was once the best in East and Central Africa while Dar was still a fishing village ( or is it still?).. but the heavy machinery during the expressway construction damaged the lower road. The initial expressway contract included the lower section but politics got on the way and it was cancelled and handed to a politically connected cowboy … but that’s history, we are now on right track. The new design will make this highway a sight to behold especially the landscapes.Aisee hizi aibu.. hivi? Huko Ukunduni miradi huisha? Toka kipindi cha Uhuru hii Barabara ilikuwa haijajengwa?
