Brazza, Eldoret is more expansive than just a properly developed CBD. The international airport is approximately 17 km from the CBD. Mentioning just the two main public chartered universities (HQ campuses) are 35 and 12 km from the CBD, and there is a 32 km bypass road running about 13 km south of the CBD. There are tons of residential estates around the city. So when you talk of 3 buildings with 10 floors, well, let’s just say it’s a moot discussion.
