Why are there few of such projects, why is Dar not attracting private investors. Cause on the contrary, If we were to count projects of this size in Nairobi it could easily be more than 100

NSSF deduction in TZ is 10% from basic salary and employer adds up on top of that 10% so in total you have 20% of your basic salary as pension. Nyie Ksh 200 tuu mnatoa milio kama yote.
