For the first time , a Kenyan president has sent firing shots regarding Migingo after all these years. Iko kitu hapo..😁😁
Al Jazeera English… I wonder who owns them?We rely on the media to learn about those events because neither of us was on the battlefield. However, considering the long history of disinformation in Western media, this is why I expressed my opinion:
"When absorbing information from Western or Western-affiliated sources, it is imperative to use discernment and critical thinking."
I then questioned you, "What is your source for this information?"
You mean like “ we didn’t kill protesters on Election Day”..sorry I forgot your government is the standard bearer of truth .. 🤣🤣The naive head of state's sole response to your ignorant and hungry citizens, who are under occupation and being tormented by foreign troops, is to utter soft statements like "We will make sure." 🚮

And before you wander off the original issue, I am still waiting for your “truth” regarding Israeli Iran short war..The naive head of state's sole response to your ignorant and hungry citizens, who are under occupation and being tormented by foreign troops, is to utter soft statements like "We will make sure." 🚮
So you never heard of Al Jazeera English channel?.. are you that naive? You can't stand simple question(s).
Yeah. You mean like “ we didn’t kill protesters on Election Day”..sorry I forgot your government is the standard bearer of truth .. 🤣🤣

That’s a well calculated red herring. You know it’s going down regardless 😅The naive head of state's sole response to your ignorant and hungry citizens, who are under occupation and being tormented by foreign troops, is to utter soft statements like "We will make sure." 🚮
Military might is always a sign of power and influence, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you must be in war for you to upgrade. When you have lethal weapon, people will fear to attack or talk ill of you unless they feel that they can match your powers. Look at Israel, even with the tiny landmass it has, it still got the guts to attack Iran. The reason they did that was because they believed in their weapon. As long as Ethiopia keeps on modernizing their military, Kenya will also do so.Do you really NEED these expensive high tech defence systems(Expensive/high tech as you said)? Really? Scared of Al Shabab, maybe Tz? Maybe Rwanda?
The first wave was to stabilize the economy. Now, damn bwoy! You can’t contain this.

I may have given you the benefit of the doubt if it had happened recently, but unfortunately, this problem has existed since Kibaki's time. That’s a well calculated red herring. You know it’s going down regardless 😅
Every country needs an army/weapons etc. The point is do we really need those large military with heavy sophisticated expensive equipments?F16s next F35? In my opinion NO we have other important areas to channel these funds we waste on weapons.Using the same logic, Tanzania is rather a more peaceful nation than Kenya, arguably in both EAC and SADC blocks. you’re sandwiched between very peaceful neighbors, the nearest terrorist/extremest groups are thousands of miles away from your borders and being contained by the neighboring countries so why do you need any of your arsenal?View attachment 3516918
Given your present financial predicament, you should start with food security first.Mark my words…in 5 years time, God forbid for a natural disaster, Kenya 🇰🇪 will be so far ahead of her peers economically in the region.
So it's not about Kenya now. It's all about USA. That's why some people in here say Kenya is a puppet.I always regard you highly in this sub forum but I think today I realized you are not well informed regarding the realm of United States foreign policy. Take an online class. For your hint , every country on the planet has its own chart at the file halls of the US state department. That’s how a world’s superpower operates. Though every nation has some form of similar aspect, the difference is the US has the ability to project power based on influence and interests. When you learn that field, then you might understand why Kenya is the regional choice for the United States and therefore special actions must be taken towards that goal. You have some way to go otherwise I might sound Greek to you ..😁..Now let’s talk about procurement 😁😁😁
Even while I completely agree with your statement that "Military might is always a sign of power and influence," I regret to notify you that you have absolutely no military understanding.Military might is always a sign of power and influence, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you must be in war for you to upgrade. When you have lethal weapon, people will fear to attack or talk ill of you unless they feel that they can match your powers. Look at Israel, even with the tiny landmass it has, it still got the guts to attack Iran. The reason they did that was because they believed in their weapon. As you think of Al Shabab and Tz, Kenya is thinking of Ethiopia. Tanzania has no air power to trouble, it’s only Ethiopia and Uganda. Ethiopia is the real threat to Kenya in this region, then Uganda a distance second.
