For context ndio hawa bongoslum waelewe:

Kibera Soweto affordable housing (Under construction)
Phase 1 - 4,000+ units
Phase 2 - 15,000+ units
Phase 3 - 20,000+ units

Total = 40,000 units

Given an average of around 4 people per household, we're looking at housing 160k - 200k slum dwellers within the next 3 years.
Not mentioning the new schools, hospitals and shops.
