Sio yeye tu hata yule Bashungwa nae aliongea huu ujinga, then waziri mpya nae akaongea upupu wa aina hii wa kulipisha magari hapo.

As always, you'll go this low.
The photos you are sharing are not the norm in Nairobi and are a regular thing in every third world country. In fact where you got that bus without the rear windshield it was literally Kenyans making fun of it meaning it's an anomally rather than the norm. The second photo is at least 15 years old and even despite that, there are two vans in the photo and one of them is a 2004 model Hiace which makes it newer than anything I saw in Arusha.

What I said about Arusha is a genuine observation. These here are the models of matatus or daladalas in Arusha.
Toyota Hiace

That is a 1989 model that was in production till 2004.
The other model is this
Nissan Caravan/Urvan

This is a 1986 model that was in production till 2001.

Those are the only models doing matatu business in Arusha. I literally never saw any model beyond 2004 doing daladala business. Every model beyond 2004 for Hiace and 2001 for Caravan was either private or an institution van. I also noticed that you had no wide body vans and all your narrow body vans had 4 seats per row unlike Kenya where you can only have 3 seats per row. The level of overloading is also worse than in Kenya which beats logic because overloading in Kenyan matatus has been one of your keypoints in dissing Kenya on this thread.

Here are some of the photos I took of your public vans.

In Kenya, those old models can only be found on low profit routes where nobody wants to take their vehicle. In Tanzania, the old ones are the ONLY ones. It's like you've been banned to use anything newer than 2004 for Toyota and 2001 for Nissan.
I was in Arusha last in 2021 and I thought things have changed but in the public transportation sector, things have remained literally the same.
I rest my case.

Hawataki kukubali they are still importing jalopies to be used as daladala, The last frame naona number plate ya TCW kwa a very old model of Hiace. 🤣 🤣

Unamaanisha Nairobi ya hizi basi? Model gani hizi mbochi?
