Yes, Kilimani has better infrastructure than any neignborhood in Dar. You will pick a single lane in Kilimani that is destroyed mostly due to construction in that particular area and ignore the fact that 90% of roads in Kilimani are in paved condition while your high end neighborhoods have 90% earth roads. Take a video of someone driving in Kilimani and compare with someone driving in Masaki for instance which is your top neighborhood.
I doubt you've ever lived in Kilimani, no offense though.

I have been to Dar, back in 2016. I do not need to convince you though. You can choose to believe what you want.

I haven't seen you comment negatively about Dar but even if you have, you're normally hypocritical when talking about Nairobi. The Rosslyn video that you responded with a very dusty road in sijui Masaki explains it all. Leo unapost a perfectly good city road in the Nairobi CBD unasema ni mbovu, A similar road in Dar ungeisifu hadi tuchoke.
