Part of The University of Nairobi is within the Nairobi CBD and it's not the only university within the CBD. We have JKUAT, KU and KEMU campuses within the CBD. Your state house is not within the CBD. You're just trying to force issues.
Anyway, this discusion is pointless. Whatever you want to put your CBD it doesn't matter. What matters is the overall quality of the city and overall business that happens in the City. It is the same way keep boasting that Dar is 1500 sq. km yet out of that 628 sq. km ni mashamba ya mihogo without a single tarmac road.

Sasa kama ni hivyo unataja university area as part of your CBD, why can’t our state house be part of our CBD while infact it is axactly located in Posta area.? Nje tu ya ikulu zipo office buildings za kucheba.

Because the University is inclusive of the CBD and well integrated with other businesses and also has business buildings within it.. Meanwhile, the State house is a protected compound without any businesses and does not have a high concentration of commercial buildings. It clearly does not fit the definition of a CBD. Learn.
