GDP is not a good measure of development especially in African countries, in Tanzania the majority of our produce is not counted in our GDP. Our fishing and agriculture industry for example, which account for over 75% of our work force, is not included. So how can you use a scale with no enough statistical data as a standard to begin with?

Speaking of education and intellectual ability, one can clearly see that the people in a country that run elections smoothly without any bloodshed, are more educated than those who fight with each other without the intellectual ability to come together in a civil manner to solve their problems.
