Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

What is the issue? He came to a Kenyan hospital - meaning Kenya has good hospitals. Must it be a government hospital?
They think everything good must come from the government….. the fruits of Ujamaa communism indoctrination…. Serikali ndio mama na baba … no wonder Toilet boy is obsessed with Mama Ngina… he sees mama in it ..🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Acheni utoto. Between Ke and Tz best health facilities are in Nairobi and Dar respectively. Now the accident happened in Serengeti where would you fly her? Common sense.
Kenya is a different country. If he was in Tanzania, he was in a Tanzanian tour van with Tanzanian tour guides, I expect the Tanzanian tour guides have contacts in Dar hospitals and they're using air transportation so a difference in distance of 500km shouldn't be a big deal. The only reason one would choose Nairobi over Dar is either lack of efficient flying doctors in Dar or better hospitals in Nairobi.

Our taxes are used in connecting Kenyans with electricity and that's why 9M households in Kenya are connected to electricity while only 3M households in Tanzania are connected to electricity.

Our taxes are used in tarmacking our roads and that's why we have 23,000km of paved roads to Tanzania 12,000km.

Our taxes are used in building schools and that's why we have 114,000 schools to Tanzanian 41,000.

Our taxes are used in building hospitals that's why we have 16,000 health facilities to Tanzania 8,000.
Our taxes are used to educate our children thats why we spend over $5b yearly on the education sector while tanzania spend barely reaches $2b

The first responders made the decision to fly her to where she could be received by best specialized facilities… and it happened to be Nairobi… if she fell in Lunga Lunga on your side ( closer to Dar), she still would have been flown to Nairobi… now stop digging the hole to nowhere.. accept and move on… 😁😁😁

Alianguka and possibly even had an injury to her spinal code or head. Bongoslum kuna only two public hospitals zinaweza fanya brain or spinal surgery while in Kenya kuna more than 15 public hospitals zinafanya hizo surgeries. In Kenya hatuitegemei Nairobi pekee. Sikuizi complex surgeries zinafanywa hadi kwa county referral hospitals far away from Nairobi. Nairobi is only superior kwa higher number of private hospitals.
