Using nothing but your pair of eyes and that white thing between one's ears called a brain, which is closer, PSPF or TPA?

And now to a more up close aerial perspective, where is that 20m difference?

That's what I heard. but then on getting a ground level pic, the base on both towers doesn't have a 20m difference in elevation, heck it doesn't even reach 2m difference
