There's a zero percent chance they can catch up.
And to make matters worse, investing government funds on cosmetic projects like skyscrapers deprives the country the private wealth growth needed.

I thought Dar was the place to be…. Yet Nairobi keeps hosting major conferences one after another…world leaders keep flocking to Nairobi… You will never catch up. ….maybe you should have built that Nyerere Conference center in Zanzibar… it might create some interest there .. 🤣🤣🤣
