If that was a private endeavor, even a PPP initiative, I would be very impressed….. but the problem here is it’s 💯 government owned ( CCM), therefore it’s adds no value to any drive outta of LDC……the horizontal infrastructure is very inferior in comparison to Konza Digital city or Tatu City.. both full of private sector…also the fact still remains, Dom is majority Uswaziland… you can’t escape that any time soon….and despite of my honest opinion, looks good though… more like Washington DC height level not Dubai..🤣🤣🤣🤣

In Konza infrastructure being done has never been seen before in Africa.
The roads are done with tunnels carrying Internet cables, gas pipes, water pipes, electricity cables, seawer lines, waste management interconnectors, smart irrigation lines, Wi-Fi ports, everything under.

Put in away, no one excavates the roads for any connection as junction loops are put at every junction.

On those side walks there are huge, very big tunnels carrying a lot of smart staff. Remember garbage will be collected view vacuum evacuation pipes, no trash bins or trash tracks.
