Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

I fail to understand one thing, please let me know, which one starts between "supply and demand", do you supply first, or do you create demand first?.

From my opinion, Kenya must creat demand first. Tanzania has created very big demand for football across the country, it is appropriate time for Tanzania to build stadia around the country because they will have utility, but in Kenya, those stadia will remain grazing grounds for cattle.

in Africa? stop what u r smoking! Some few weeks back someone was circulating a photo of choppers parked somewhere in Europe claiming St Andrews' Turi! What is so rich in that picture? do u know in Tanzania there r some villages that r so opulent in modernity and none will brag about? Take example of places like Marangu or Machame!

Next time when you want to say Kenya is a rich country, first you have to think if majority of Kenyans can afford three meals a day. Tanzania is poor but it's people can afford three meals comfortably.
